Refund & Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the last item. To initiate a return, log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Please pack fragile items (ceramics, porcelain) securely in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item — or proof that it was shipped — we will refund your payment, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Visible use or damage beyond normal inspection may reduce the refund.
