Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just gets you faster checkout, order tracking, and updates on new releases and promotions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we also accept Klarna
 
What is the origin of the shipments?
All our products are authentic items imported from Japan. We keep them in stock here in Sweden, and every order is shipped directly from our location — so no delays from overseas shipping!
 
What is the estimated delivery time for my items? 
Generally, you can expect your items to arrive within 6-9 business days.
 
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Sweden. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're considering it for the future.
